Add Subject Set Example

 

Select the Grade for which the Subject Set will be created. For this example a Subject Set will be created for Grade 7.

 

Enter a description for the Subject Set that will be created.

 

Select the Subjects that need to be added to the Subject Set. The Subjects are selected by Left Clicking on the Subject Selection Boxes. For this example the Subject Set includes all the Subjects accept, Life Orientation and Computer Literacy.

 

When all Subjects have been selected the Subject Set is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). The Subject Set  will now be displayed in the List. The Subject Set can be Edited by Left Clicking on the Edit Button. 

 

Note:  Should the Subject Set already be allocated to learners and the Subject Set is changed, the  Subject Set

needs to be reallocated to the learners.

 

Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
