Add Subject Sets

Add Subject Sets
Note:  Subject Sets are created by the user to simplify the allocation of subjects to Learners. More than one
Subject is added to the Subject Set and the Subject Set is then allocated to learners.

Grade

1. Grade
 
 
The Student Grade is  a Required field ().  The user selects the Student Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Student Grade will be displayed. Should the user not Select  a  Student Grade and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.
 
Select the applicable Student Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Student Grade it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the Add Student Grade Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Grades).

Display Name

2. Display Name
 
The Display Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Description for the Subject Set. Should the user not enter a Display Name and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Subject Selection

3. Subject Selection
The Subjects that are available for selection for a Subject Set is displayed in the List. The user selects the Subjects that should be included in the Subject set Left Clicking on the Subject Selection Box to the Left of the Subject. When this is done the Check Box will display a Check mark () indicating that the subject was selected.

Save / Cancel

4. Save / Cancel
When all information has been entered the Subject Set is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
