The user needs to select the profile from where the Contact Information should be copied. This is done by Left Clicking on the Radio Button () to the Left of the Profile. When this is done the color of the Radio Button will change ().
When the user has made the Profile Selection, the Contact Selection List Box will be populated with a list of all the Persons related to the chosen profile. Refer to Copy Guardian Contact - Example.
When the user has selected a Person, by Left Clicking on the Person in the Contact Selection List Box, the Contact information is copied by Left Clicking the OK Button.
