The Educatorisa Required field (). The user selects the Educator by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Educators will be displayed. Should the user not Select an Educator and attempts to Process () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
Select the applicable Educatorby Left Clicking on it in the list.
The Student Grade isa Required field (). The user selects the Student Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Student Grades will be displayed. Should the user not Select aStudent Grade and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
Select the applicable Student Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list.
The user needs to enter a Class Group(also known as Keys)for the each Subject. In the Case of the Page above it can be seen that this particular Educator will be teaching English and Afrikaans to Students whom have been allocated to Class Group 1.
Once the Class Groups have been entered, for the Subjects that the selected Educator will be responsible for, the Allocation process is completed (saved) by Left Clicking the Process Button ().
Should the user open the Academic Tab on the Educator Profile, the page below will be displayed. All Subjects that have been allocated to the Educator will be displayed in the Subject List.
Note:Should the user have allocatedsubjects to an Educator that should not have been allocated, the subjects
are removed on this tab by making use of the General Toolbar Remove Option.
