Emails

 

For Adding, Editing,  Removing, Filtering etc. of Email Address Records,  Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

 

To Add an Email Address, Left Click on the Add Button and Refer to Add Email Address.

 

Should the Guardian's preferred method of communication be, receiving an Email, the user Left Click's the Receive Notification via Email Check Box (). When this is done a Check Mark is displayed (). Should the user want to un-select the Receive Notification via Email notification option, Left Click on the Email Check Box for a second time. The Check Mark will be removed.

Note:

The Email address that was entered and was marked as the preferred Email address will be used when Email notifications are sent.

 

Note:

Should the Guardian  receive both Email and SMS notifications,  both the Email and SMS (Refer to Contacts)  notification Check Boxes should be Checked.
