Contacts

 

For Adding, Editing,  Removing, Filtering etc. of Contacts Records,  Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

 

To Add a Contact, Left Click on the Add Button and Refer to Add Contacts.

Should the Guardian's preferred method of communication be, receiving a SMS, the user Left Click's the Receive notifications by SMS  Check Box (). When this is done a Check Mark is displayed (). Should the user want to un-select the Receive notifications by SMS notification option, Left Click on the Email Check Box for a second time. The Check Mark will be removed.

Note:

The Contact Number that was entered in the Guardian Contacts Tab and was marked as the preferred Contact Number will be used when SMS notifications are sent.

Note:

Should the Guardian  receive both Email and SMS notifications, both the SMS and Email (Refer to Emails) notification Check Boxes should be Checked.
