Extramural

The Extramural Type is a Required field ().  The user selects the Extramural Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Extramural Types will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Extramural Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new Extramural Type it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Extramural Type Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Extramural Type). Should the user not enter a Extramural Type and attempts to Process the information by Left Clicking on the Process Button () the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

Note:

The Extramural Activity is Grayed out (In-active) when the page is opened. Once the user has selected an Extramural Type, the Extramural Activity will become Active, and will be  populated with the Extramural Activities that are related to the selected Extramural Type.

The user can Enter Remarks for the Extramural Activity.
