Subject Grade

1. Subject Grade
 
The user selects the Subject Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Subject Grades will be displayed.
 
Example :
 
 Select the applicable Subject Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Level

2. Level
The user selects the Grade Level by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Grade Levels will be displayed.
 
Example :
 
Select the applicable Conduct Level by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Student Class

3. Student Class
 
The user selects the Student Class by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Student Classes will be displayed.
 
Example :
 
Select the applicable Student Class by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Class Group

4. Class Group
 
The user can select a specific Class Group. The user can enter the specific Class Group number or make use of the up / down controls () to select the specific Class Group.
 
Example :
 
When this is done Students linked to Subject and Class will be displayed in the grid

Conduct

5. Conduct
The Conduct is a Required field ().  The user selects the Conduct by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done the list of available Conducts will be displayed.
 
Example :
 
 The user needs to select a Conduct. Should the user not select a Conduct  and Left Clicks the Process Button () to continue to the next page, the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.
 
 
Select the applicable Conduct by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Educator

6. Educator
The Educator is a Required field ().  The user selects the Educator by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box () . When this is done a list of available Educators will be displayed.
The user needs to select an Educator. Should the user not select an Educator and Left Clicks the Next Button () to continue to the next page, the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.
 
 
Select the applicable Educator by Left Clicking on the Educator in the list.

Date

7. Date
Note:
The Date Field is by default populated with the current date (today).
 
The Date is a Required field (). Enter the Date for the Conduct. Make use of the Date Picker to do this. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.
 
Should the user not select a Date and Left Clicks the Next Button () to continue to the next page, the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Conduct Remarks

8. Conduct Remarks
 
The user can enter Remarks for the Conduct.

Select Students

9. Select StudentsSelect Students by Left Clicking on the selection box to the Left of the Surname.

Process

10. Process
When all the required information has been entered, Left Click the Process  Button ().
