1. Batch Allocation of Alert to Customers
Steps:
 
         The Alert Icon field can be dragged from the field chooser, this field then can be used for filtering, sorting, and grouping.
 
a)  Navigate to:
 
        Home > Accounting > Customers > Customer Accounts
 
b)     Select the Alert Icon Expand Button.
 
        
 
c)     Select the Alert Icon to be Allocated to selected customers.
d)     Select the Customer Accounts.
 
        
 
e)     Select the Update button.
