Note: When the page is opened the focus will automatically be set on the Media Item Serial

Number. There are three different tabs available for the different transactions (i) Issue

(ii) Return (iii) Reservations. The user needs to select the applicable tab first before the

Media Item Serial Number is Scanned.

Person ID / Learner Admin Nr. / Educator Admin Nr.

As soon as a Person ID has been Entered / Scanned the Educator / Student detail will be displayed.

Note: Should the user want to Issue a Media Item to a Learner / Educator the user needs to select

the applicable tab - (i) Issue (ii) Return (iii) Reservations. The Issue tab is by Default

selected when the page is opened.
