The user sets up the notifications that should be forwarded to the Guardian. There are four types of notifications that can be forwarded: (i) Absent(ii) Conduct (iii) Mark and (iv) Achievement.
Should the Guardian want to receive a notification should the student be absent from school, the user Left Click's the Absent Check Box (). When this is done a Check Mark is displayed (). Should the user want to un-select the Absent notification option, Left Click on the Email Check Box for a second time. The Check Mark will be removed.

When this is done a Check Mark is displayed (). Should the user want to un-select the Conduct notification option, Left Click on the Email Check Box for a second time. The Check Mark will be removed.
