Residence

Example: The Residence Allocation function is used to allocate students to a specific Residence. For this example students of Grade 4 will be allocated to Residence, HOUSE 1. A filter for Grade 4 has been setup.

The Residence is a Required field ().  The user selects the Residence to which the students will be allocated to, by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Residences will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Residence by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Residence it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Residence Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Residence / Hostel). Should the user not enter a Residence and attempts to Process the information by Left Clicking on the Process Button () the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

The user can Enter  Remarks for the Residence Allocation.    

The user can enter a Key Number for the room.

The user can enter a Room Number  for the room.

Select the Cancel Date for the student. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

 

Select the Registration Date for the student. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.
