School Information

 

Should the Educational Institution have submitted the Tx03 file to SITA and feedback was Uploaded, the Status Code for the Feedback that was Received will be displayed. The Status can have one of the following values:

 

 

For this example the Status Code is 1 indicating that the School Information is going to be submitted for the first time or changes have been made to the School Information since the Last submission. Should the Educational Institution have submitted information successfully, the Status will Change to:

 

The following Learner information should be completed on the Student Profile:

Ensure that the EMIS number is correct.

 

Ensure that the Principal Information is correct.

 

Note:

There are some of the fields that can be Updated on this Page. The user does not have to make use of the Management \ School Information Menu Option (Refer to School Information) to change these values. Once these values have been changed on this page the Information on the School Information Menu will automatically be updated should the user Save this information. 

 

When the School Information has been updated the School Information is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
