Enter a Reference Number used for the Stock Take.

Select the Business Unit where the Stock Take took place.

Select the Area where the Stock Take took place.
The Area is a Required field ().The user selects the Area by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Areas will be displayed. Should the user not Select  an Area  and attempts to Add Items () OR Save ( ) the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Transaction Date

Select the Date when the Stock Take took place.
The Transaction Date is a Required field ().The user selects the Transaction Date  by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Transaction Dates will be displayed. Should the user not Select  a Transaction Date  and attempts to Add Items () OR Save ( ) the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

Select the Posting Date of the Stock Take.
The Posting Date is a Required field ().The user selects the Posting Date  by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Posting Dates will be displayed. Should the user not Select  a Posting Date  and attempts to Add Items () OR           Save ( ) the information the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

To add next item for to be counted, Left Click on to add for example when Stock Take-on is done.

Enter remarks in the Remarks field.

Add Items

Left Click on the Add Items Button to add new Inventory Items that is not in the Items Inventory List.

Left Click on the Save Button to save the stock take entries.
