Student Comments
 
Note:  Student Comments can be added Per Grade, Per Educator, Per Result Type, Per Cycle,
Per Student, Per Subject.

Grade

1. Grade
 
The Student Grade is a Required field ().  The user selects the Student Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Student Grades will be displayed.

Educator

2. Educator
 
The Educator is a Required field ().  The user selects the Educator by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Educator will be displayed. Select the applicable Educator by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Result Type

3. Result Type
The Result Type is a Required field ().  The user selects the Result Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Result Types will be displayed. Select the applicable Result Type  by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Note:  Comments can thus be added per Cycle or for the year or for the Promotion

Cycle

4. Cycle
 
Note:  Should the user not select a Cycle the Comment will be applied to all Cycles
that were created
The Cycle is  a Required field ().  The user selects the Cycle by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Cycles for the Selected Grade, will be displayed. Select the applicable Cycle by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Subject

5. Subject
 
Note:  Should the user not select a Subject the Comment will be applied to all Subjects that were
created
The Subject is a Required field ().  The user selects the Subject by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Subjects for the Selected Grade, will be displayed. Select the applicable Subject by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Class Group

6. Class Group
 
Note:  Should the user not select a Class Group the Comment will be applied to all
Class Groups that were created
 
Should the Comment be Added for a Specific Class Group the user should enter a Valid Class Group. The user must enter a Numeric  Value for the Class Group or make use of the Increase / Decrease  button () to enter a Value for the Class Group.

Active Subjects

7. Active Subjects
 
If this Check Box is Checked, a list of only the Active Subjects will be displayed. Should this Check Box  not be Checked, the list will include all Active and In-Active Subjects.

Add Predefined Comments

8. Add Predefined Comments
The user can Add Comments that were created by making use of the Comments Menu Option (Refer to - Comments ) by Right Clicking on the Comments Cell. The Add Comments screen below will be displayed. The user enters the Code for the Predefined Comment. Select the Default or Alternative option by Left Clicking on it. When this is done the Add Predefined Comment screen will be Closed and the Comment will be displayed.
