Student Variable Group Allocation

 

 The user selects the Variable Group Type by Left Clicking on the Check Box relevant to the Variable Groups to be allocated.

 

Example : 

 

 

Once the Checkboxes of the Variable Groups have been selected - they can be allocated to the person(s) selected in the second gridview.

 

In the event that a person or persons are selected before the Variable Group is selected - the Variable Groups will automatically be selected by the system and their Checkboxes activated. If the user now Left-Clicks and de-selects a Variable Group and the Left-Clicks on the Process Button - the Variable Groups will be removed from the selected person or persons.

Note:

The Variable Group field is Grayed out (Inactive) when the page is opened. Once the user has selected a Variable Group Type, the Variable Group field will become Active, and will be  populated with the Variable Groups that are related to the selected Variable Group Type.

 

The Variable Group is a Required field ().  The user selects the Variable Group by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Variable Groups  will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Variable Group by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Variable Group it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Variable Group Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Variable Group). Should the user not enter a Variable Group and attempts to Process the information by Left Clicking on the Process Button () the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

The user can enter Remarks pertaining to this particular Vulnerability setup.

 

Select the Students / Guardians / Employees that should be allocated to this Variable Group. Setup a Filter to display the Students / Guardians / Employees that should  be allocated to this Variable Group. When the Students / Guardians / Employees information are displayed Left Click on the Select Students / Guardians / Employees Check Box to indicate that the selected Students / Guardians / Employees will be allocated to this Variable Group. Repeat this step for all Students / Guardians / Employees. 

 

Once the Students / Guardians / Employees selection process has been completed the information is saved by Left Clicking the Process Button ().
