Add Summary Mark

1. Add Summary Mark
The User can Left-Click the Add Button on the General Toolbar to create a New Record.
Once the User has Left-Clicked the Add Button, a new Row will become available.

Student Grade

2. Student Grade
The User must select the Student Grade from the available by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box ().When this is done a list of available Grades will be displayed.
 
Select the applicable Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Core Subject Count

3. Core Subject Count
The User must enter the Amount of Core Subjects for the Summary Marks Record.
The Value can be adjusted by using the Spin-Edit Control .

Promotion Subject Count

4. Promotion Subject Count
The User must enter the Amount of Promotion Subjects for the Summary Marks Record.
The Value can be adjusted by using the Spin-Edit Control .

Save/Cancel

5. Save/Cancel
 
When all information has been entered the Summary Marks Record is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
