How to make use of the Chat Module

Users have the ability to send each other messages for quick communication.

Note: The Web Chat option is available on all pages.

Steps:

a) Click the Web Chat Icon.

b) Chat Contacts will have Indicator of unread messages.

c) Select the User Bubble to start a Chat.

d) Here messages can be read.

e) Type new message.

f) Select the Send button.

g) Broadcast Messages can also be sent.

h) Select Users

i) Type Message

j) Click Send Button.

Notes:

a) Message Icon is draggable - you can move it if it is in the way.

b) Message Icon will show the indicator for unread messages.
