Copy Guardian Email Address - Example

 

For this example the Email Address Information for the Student will be copied from the Guardian. The Guardian Profile is selected by Left Clicking on the Guardian Radio Button ().

 When the Guardian Profile has been selected the Email Address Selection List Box will be populated with a list of all available Guardians. The user can view the list of Guardians by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). The user can also type in the Guardian Surname. With each letter that is typed the Guardian list will be filtered. Select the Guardian from the list by Left Clicking on the Guardian in the list. For this example the Demo Guardian was selected. Left Click the OK Button to complete that Copy action. When this is done the copied Email Address information will be displayed in the Email list.
