To Add an Email Address, Left Click on the Add Button and Refer to Add Email Address.

Note:
The Copy Email Address function is used to Copy Email Address Information from a Guardian, another Student, Employee or an Account Holder to the current Student Profile. This implies that the user does not have to re-enter Email Address information that has already been captured.
 
To Copy the Email Address Information, select the Copy function by Left Clicking on the Copy Button - Refer to Copy Email Address.
