Copy Symbols

The Student Grade, to which the Symbols must be Copied to is  a Required field ().  The user selects the TO Student Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Student Grades will be displayed. Should the user not Select a TO Student Grade and attempts to Copy  the Symbols by  Left Clicking on the OK Button (), the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Select the applicable TO Student Grade by Left Clicking on it in the list. 

 

The Level, to which the Symbols must be Copied to is  a Required field ().  The user selects the TO Level by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Levels will be displayed. Should the user not Select a TO Level and attempts to Copy  the Symbols by  Left Clicking on the OK Button (), the system will give an indication  () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Select the applicable TO Level by Left Clicking on it in the list.

Should the selected Symbols be Copied to a Specific Subject, the user selects the TO Subject by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Subjects will be displayed.

 

Select the applicable TO Subject by Left Clicking on it in the list.

 

Once the applicable selections have been made the Symbol Copy Action is completed by Left Clicking the OK Button.
