How To CaptureTemperatures Making Use of Barcodes

Steps to capture Barcode Temperatures:

· In the Example the Student and Employee ID Cards are used.

· These ID Cards can be printed from the System.

Home > Administration > Reports > ID Card

a) Navigate to the Batch Screen.

b) Update Location.

c) Click the Barcode Scanner

d) Hold the ID Card towards the camera.

e) Student information will be displayed after the barcode is scanned.

f) Update the Temperature.

g) Answer Screen Questions.

h) Click the Process Button.

i) Click the Barcode Scanner and Repeat until all Students / Employees have been screened.

j) A list of the Last 5 Scans will be displayed below in a Grid to show the information stored in the Database.
