How to Create Certificates

12. How to Create Certificates
Certificate Module has been added to assist with the creations of Certificates. This module integrates with the Achievements.
 
Navigate to:
 
 
Home > Administration > Student Transactions > Certificates
 
 
NB!! Achievements need to be Configured and Setup.
 
Achievement Help File is accessed making use of the following links:

Steps:
 
a)     Enter the Certificate Title.
b)     Enter the Date Awarded.
c)     Select the Achievement Type.
d)     Click the Process Button.
 
e)     Certificates will be created for the above selection.
 
 
f)     Report Designer can be used to design a Certificate or Report.
 
 
 
g)     The List can also be Exported to Excel if Mail Merge is required.
 
 
h)     The List can be Edited via the Batch Edit process.
 
 
i)     Certificates can also be deleted.
