Send Notification

The current method of sending out communication to all System users via Email when for example

new system changes are going to be implemented (Release Notes) will be replaced by System

Notifications. Should for example server downtime be required for upgrades to be done all system

users will receive a System Notification that will typically look like the screen below.

To close the Notification screen the user needs to Acknowledge that the message was Read and

Understood by Left Clicking the Notification Check Box. This Acceptance action is saved in the

System Database and will be used as proof that a user did receive and read the content of the

message.
