Document Types and Documents function identically with the exception that the System Documents are for Administrators only where as School Documents are made publically available for all users.
School Documents may also be made available to the Portal registered to the institution.
School Documents will not be available on the System Documents list and vica versa - these are two distinct collections of documents.
