Student Assessment Example - Selection

 

There is only one Active Student for the criteria that was entered. As can be seen all Assessments that were created are displayed.

 

Four Cycles have been created.

 

To view the Assessments that have been allocated to the Cycle - Left Click the Cycle Expand Button. When this is done all Assessments that have been created for the specific Cycle will be displayed. Refer to Display Cycle Detail.

 

The Assessment Marks are captured in the available cells (). The cell is selected by Left Clicking on it. As the marks are entered, the Cycle, Year, and Promotions Marks are calculated and displayed.
