Debit Order Details must be set up before this feature can be used! Refer to Debit Order Details

For Adding, Editing,  Removing, Printing, Filtering etc. of Debit Order File Records, Refer to  GENERAL TOOLBAR MODULE.

Created Debit Order File

This is the file that was created after Debit Order Form was Processed. (Refer to Debit Order Form )
 
Open the file by left clicking on it.
 
Save it to your local hard disk.
 
Send it to the institution for the debit order run.

Important Notes!
 
·     Customer Debit Orders need to be setup.
·     When using Business Units make sure all postings are 100%.
·     All business units transaction need to be allocated correctly.
 
Steps:
 
Home > Accounting > Banking > Create Debit Order File
 
b)     Click the Add Button.
 
 
c)     Select Debit Order Details.
 
d)     Expand the Calculate Current Balances Panel.
 
 
e)     Select Date for the Balance on calculation.
 
f)     Select the Default Account for any business units that have not been allocated on the Customer Debit Order, as shown in 3.4.
 
g)     Click the Calculate Button.
 
h)     The System will now calculate the Customer Current Balance per Business Unit and update the balances and allocations on the Create Debit Order Files screen.
 
i)     Check and Confirm the Allocations created by the system.
 
j)     Click the Process Button.
 
k)     The Debit Order file will be created with the Customer Current Balances.
 
l)     Debit Order Reports have been updated to accommodate the Business Units.
