Add Media Titles

 

The Title Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Title. Should the user not enter a Title and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

 

Should the Media Item have a Subtitle the user can enter a Subtitle.

 

The Short Description for the Media Title is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Short Description. Should the user not enter a Short Description and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

 

The Publisher for the Media Title is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Publisher. Should the user not enter a Publisher and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

The Year that the Media Title was Published is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Year (YYYY - 2012). Should the user not enter a Year and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

Note:  The user needs to enter a value for either the ISBN-10 or the ISBN-13.

 

 

The ISBN-10 / ISBN-13 number is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a ISBN-10 / ISBN-13 number. Should the user not enter a ISBN-10 / ISBN-13 number and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Note:  The user needs to enter a value for either the ISBN-10 or the ISBN-13.

 

The ISBN-13 / ISBN-10 number is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a ISBN-13 / ISBN-10 number. Should the user not enter a ISBN-13 / ISBN-10 number and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

The Number of Pages is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Numeric Value for the Number of Pages. Should the user not enter a Year and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.

 

 

Should the Media Item contain Illustrations it is indicated by Left Clicking on the Illustrated Check Box ().

 

The user can upload an Image of the Media Item. Upload the Image by Left Clicking on the Browse button and selecting the Image that should be Uploaded.

Note:      (a)   The following file types are supported

 

(i)      *.JPEG

(ii)      *.PNG

(iii)     *.GIF

 

  (b)     The Image file size is limited to a maximum of 1 Mb.

When all information has been entered the Media Title is saved by Left Clicking on the Save Button (). Should the user want to Cancel the Add Action, Left Click on the Cancel Button ().
