Copy Assessments To
Example : For this example the Subject Grade for Grade 4 () Higher Level () must be copied to Grade 7. Select the Subject Grade to which the Selected Assessments need to be copied to.
The Subject Grade is a Required field (). The user selects the Subject Grade by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Subject Grades will be displayed.
Select the applicable Subject Grade, To which the Assessments will be Copied, by Left Clicking on it in the list [Afrikaans (GRADE 7)]. Should the user not enter a Subject Grade system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
Should the user want to enter a New Subject Grade it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Subject Grade Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Subject Grade).

The Cycle is a Required field (). The user selects the Cycle To which the Assessments need to be Copied to, by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Cycles will be displayed. Should the user not Select a Cycle and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
Select the applicable Cycle by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Cycle it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Cycle will be displayed (Refer to Add Cycle).

The Level is a Required field (). The user selects the Level by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Levels will be displayed. Should the user not Select a Level and attempts to Save () the information the system will give an indication () that this is compulsory information.
