Note:  There are 3 different ways that information can be extracted form the System:
 
(i)     Views on all List Pages - The user can setup customized Views to Export data to Create User Defined Reports.
 
(ii)     Query Lists - These are Predefined Views that are topic specific. The user can setup customized Views on the Query List to Export data to Create User Defined Reports.
 
(iii)     Reports - Flexible System Reports where the user can specify the Reporting Metrics for the reports.

Reports have been logically grouped according to the Report Categories.

To view the Reports in a specific Category the Tree Structure is expanded by Left Clicking on the Expansion Button (). When the user does this all available reports for the selected Category will be displayed. To collapse the report structure,  Left Click the Collapse Tree Structure Button ().
