    Search Box

    1. Search Box
    The User may enter text in to the Search Box to enable the Google Maps Search Engine to find an:
    • Street Address
    • Suburb
    • City
    • Province
    • Country
     
    The example shows a search performed for "2 ibis place".

    Search Results

     
    Once the search term has been entered in to the Search Box - results will be listed below. Left-Clicking any result will populate the below fields with that Address' details.
     
     
    Fields (City, Province etc) will be available if the Google Maps Search can not locate such a place.
    In such an event - the minimal required fields:
    • Address
    • City
    • Province
    • Country & Country Code
    Must be completed for the Address to save.
     
    To search for a more specific address, add the street number value to the beginning of the search term:
     
    If the above search terms did not find the address that is required, the search term may consist of a suburb name or suburb and city names.
    The Address value will then need to be manually entered.

    Correspondence

    3. Correspondence
    Left-Clicking the "Is Correspondence" Checkbox will allocate the Correspondence flag to the respective address.

    Preferred

    Left-Clicking the "Is Preferred" Checkbox will allocate the Preference flag to the respective address.

    Clear

    5. Clear
    Left-Clicking the Clear Button will clear all address values from the address panel.

    Copy

    6. Copy
     
    Left-Clicking the Copy Button will Copy the Available Address Values from the Physical to the Postal Address Panel.
     
    This is useful for when the Postal Address is identical or nearly identical to the Physical Address.

    Address

    The Address Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the specific details of the address- such as housing numbers as well as street numbers and more.

    Suburb

    8. Suburb
     
    The Suburb Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the Suburb if the Google Search Box in Point 1 does not locate a Suburb in the Search Results.

    City

    9. City
     
    The City Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the City if the Google Search Box in Point 1 does not locate a City in the Search Results.
    10

    Province

    10. Province
     
    The Province Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the Province if the Google Search Box in Point 1 does not locate a Province in the Search Results.

    Country and Code

    11. Country and Code
     
    The Country and Country Code Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the Country and Country Code (eg. South Africa - ZA) if the Google Search Box in Point 1 does not locate a Country in the Search Results.

    Zip Code

    12. Zip Code
    The Zip Code Box is a Text Box in which the User may enter the Zip Code if the Google Search Box in Point 1 does not locate a Zip Code in the Search Results.

    Latitude

    The Latitude Box will remain locked and can only by populated by using a Search Result - this is to collect information regarding Person Addresses.

    The Longitude Box will remain locked and can only by populated by using a Search Result - this is to collect information regarding Person Addresses.
