New Guardian Panel

The Relationship Type is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Relationship Type.

Should the user not select a Relationship Type and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

 

The user selects the Relationship Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Relationship Types will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Relationship Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Relationship Type it is done by adding a new Relationship one the Add Relationship Type Page which may be found under the Menu Item: Administration - Setup - Relationship (Refer to Add Relationship).

The Ethnic Group is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter an Ethnic Group.

 

Should the user not enter an Ethnic Group and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The user selects the Ethnic Group by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Ethnic Groups will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Ethnic Group by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new Ethnic Group it is done by the Add Ethnic Group Page (Refer to Add Ethnic Group).

The Surname is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Surname.

Should the user not enter a Surname and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The Gender is a Required field ().  The user needs to select a Gender by Left-Clicking on either Radio Button.

Or

Should the user not select a Gender and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The Full Name is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Full Name.

Should the user not enter a Full Name and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The Guardian's Title is an Optional Field

The user selects the Title by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Title's will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Title by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Title it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Title Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Title).

 The Initials is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter Initials.

Should the user not enter Initials and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The Receive Notifications Checkbox is an Optional Field.

Left-Clicking the Checkbox will set Both New Guardians (if applicable) to receive the following notifications (providing that a Mobile Number/Email Address is captured).

 

The Guardian's Nationality is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Guardian's Nationality by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box . When this is done a list of available Nationalities will be displayed.

Select the applicable Nationality by Left Clicking on it in the list. The user can type in the a part of the Nationality. With each letter that is typed in the system will filter the Nationalities in the list.

The Guardian's Religion is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Religion by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Religions will be displayed.

Select the applicable Religion by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Religion it is done by the Add Religion Page which can be found under the Menu item Administration - Setup - Religion (Refer to Add Religion).

The Guardian is an Immigrant is an Optional Field.

 

The Guardian is an Immigrant Check Box is an Optional Field.

The Guardian is an Immigrant Check Box indicates whether the Guardian is an Immigrant with respect to the Institution's Nationality.

The Check Box may be set to True or False by Left Clicking in the rectangle such that a small Tick inside the rectangle is Visible (True) or Invisible (False).

If the Guardian is an Immigrant Check Box is set as False () - the Guardian will be not be regarded as an Immigrant.

If the Guardian is an Immigrant Check Box is set as True ( ) - the Guardian will be regarded as an Immigrant.

The Guardian Identity Number (Point 19) will alter to Guardian Passport Number with respect to the True/False state.

The Guardian's Language is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Language by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Languages will be displayed.

Select the applicable Language by Left Clicking on it in the list.

The Guardian Identity Numberis an Optional Field.

The Text Box will become available once a Nationality has been Selected - refer to

Nationality.

 

The Guardian Identity Number may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

 

 

 

The Guardian's Language is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Language by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Languages will be displayed.

Select the applicable Language by Left Clicking on it in the list.

The Guardian Passport Number is an Optional Field.

The Text Box will become available once a Nationality has been Selected - refer to

Nationality.

 

The Passport Number may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

The Guardian's Birth Date is an Optional Field.

Make use of the Date Picker to enter the Birth Date. The Date Picker is displayed by Left Clicking on the Drop Down Button (). When this is done the Date Picker will be displayed. Select the applicable date by Left Clicking on the date in the Calendar.

 

The Guardian's Occupation is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Guardian's Occupation by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box . When this is done a list of available Occupations will be displayed.

Select the applicable Occupation by Left Clicking on it in the list. The user can type in the a part of the Occupation. With each letter that is typed in the system will filter the Occupations in the list. Should the user want to enter a New Occupation it is done by Left Clicking on the Add  Button (). When this is done the  Add Occupation Page will be displayed  (Refer to Add Occupation).

The Guardian's Employer is an Optional Field.

The Guardian's Home Number is an Optional Field.

The Guardian's Home Number may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

The Guardian's Office Number is an Optional Field.

The Guardian's Office Number may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

The Guardian's Mobile Number is an Optional Field.

The Guardian's Mobile Number may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

The Guardian's Email is an Optional Field.

The Guardian's Email may be entered as Text in the Text Box:

The Guardian's Marital Status is an Optional Field.

The user selects the Marital Status by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Marital Statuses will be displayed.

 

Example : 

 

Select the applicable Marital Status by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Marital Status it is done by Left Clicking on the Add Button (). When this is done the Add Marital Status Page will be displayed (Refer to Add Marital Status).

The Guardian Maiden Name is an Optional Field.
