Search Panel

The Search Box may be used to locate the

 

Once a Search Result has been selected. The Person Selected will be used to find:

 

a Primary Guardian

a Secondary Guardian

a Family

a Account Holder

 

and the Wizard will populate the results found as follows:

Note: If no secondary Guardian is found - the Secondary Guardian Selection will be left blank as well the Relationship Type.

 

 

The Family and Account Holder found will be populated to the Administration Panel as the example below shows:

 

 

The user may use these values for the New Student or Select a different (All)/Create New (Family and Account Holder only) value.

Only an Existing Primary Guardian will be required however if a Secondary Guardian is selected, a relationship type will become required.

 

To Create a new Relationship Type, Family or Account Holder - the respective button may be used.

The Search Results will disable the "New Guardian Panels" - this may be reverted by Left-Clicking the button found in the Search Box on the Right-Hand side. This will clear all Search Results and the User will then have to manually select the Family and Account Holder if the Primary Guardian is not set to be the New Student's Account Holder.

The Primary Guardian is a Required field ().  The user selects the Guardian by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box . When this is done a list of available Guardians will be displayed.

 

Example :

 

Select the applicable Guardian by Left Clicking on it in the list. The user can type in the a part of the Surname. With each letter that is typed in the system will filter the Surnames in the list. Should the user not select a Guardian and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

The Relationship Type is a Required field ().  The user needs to enter a Relationship Type. Should the user not enter a Relationship Type and attempts to Process   the information the system will give an Error Message  relating to the Incomplete Required Field.

 

The user selects the Relationship Type by Left Clicking on the Drop Down List Box (). When this is done a list of available Relationship Types will be displayed.

Select the applicable Relationship Type by Left Clicking on it in the list. Should the user want to enter a new  Relationship Type it is done by Left-Clicking the button (Refer to Add Realtionship).
